About Gregg
Gregg Harris, founder and owner of JSE, has spent his life using his personal and career experiences to motivate and inspire others to see the brighter side of life. Being a minister for over 20 years, employed with a mental health services provider for over 30 years and known by friends and colleagues as "Find-A-Way", Gregg has been a part of the front lines and executive management, working with families and communities as an agent of healing, change and progress.
He knows there is no single approach that works for everyone, so he continues to expand his horizon spiritually and the use of effective clinical methods to resolve issues and empower others. He refers to his experiences growing up in challenging social settings as fuel to speak to the waves of racial injustice. He also finds strength and inspiration in being a reunited adoptee.
He received his education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He also holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, emphasis on Children & Families. As a resource consultant and master trainer, he strives to support and motivate with a spirit of service and excellence. Gregg is currently pursuing greater ventures in social work and the nonprofit sector.
